How can I check on my order?

To check on the status of your order, use the UPS tracking number you received in your order confirmation page or email by placing the UPS tracking number in the search box of google.com, or on a “track your order” box on UPS.com. Once you insert your tracking number in any either of these tracking systems you should be able to see the tracking status of your order.

How are returns handled?

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately at this time we do not ship internationally outside the U.S.A. We only ship to the fifty states within the U.S.

How often should I wash my cover?

There is no magic number, but it all depends on the external environments and factors of your car, as well as how you use your cover. If your judgement tells you that your cover is looking a bit dirty, it might be time to wash it! Dirt particles may compromise the effectiveness of the water resistance of the iCarCover fabric. When washing, make sure to follow the washing instructions for the car cover you own to ensure its long lasting durability and protection.
